Activity

• Creating public assets
• Students belonging to the families of the members of the association will be provided with scholarships every year on behalf of the association.
• Advice will be given to the elderly, widows, those abandoned by their husbands, the schemes of the Labour Welfare Board and the Central/State Government, with the guidance of the government.
• Advice will be given to them to get employment loans with government subsidies and assistance through banks.
• Steps will be taken to provide basic facilities such as drinking water, electricity, roads, and cemeteries in the areas where the Paraiyar people live.
• A Paraiyar Marriage Information Center will be established for Paraiyar relatives.
• The association will function by appointing a female coordinator, and a male coordinator for the members.
• Identity cards will be issued to the association members.
• A consultation meeting will be held with lawyers and association members to resolve the problems of the Paraiyars.
• Current and former government officials will be invited to the association and the association members will be given advice on the plans implemented by the government.
• Retired and working teachers will be brought in and advice will be given regarding higher education and employment.
• The association will hold a consultation meeting once a month.
